Background

Poly-Asia (China) Co., Ltd. (“Poly-Asia”) is the industry leader in business solutions implementations and customizations.

Founded in 1992 by a group of consultants based in Hong Kong with expertise in business solutions, Poly-Asia has expanded and carried out hundreds of projects in Asia Pacific, most of which are on Microsoft, Epicor, and Sage ERP and CRM system implementations, customizations and report compilations.

In addition to our headquarters in Hong Kong, Poly-Asia has since expanded its business and established offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. There are now over 50 consultants across the group.
 
Company Objective
Our company objective is to provide high quality consultation services and follow up support to our clients. We want our clients to be long-term partners who will use our expertise and services both now and in the future. We have a personal stake in helping our customers choose and install a business system that provides them with a strategic advantage over the competition. Implementing a strong business accounting system is not a simple task. When you spend the money for a new business system you are buying a dream that you can make your company more profitable. A dream that you will be able to report on your company's results better, make more profitable decisions, control costs, sell more of your products - in short - do everything more efficiently and effectively. We understand this, and strive to make available a broad range of qualified experts so our clients have the resources to make their dreams a reality.
 
Our Professional Staff
All of our consultants are bachelor degree holders in Computer Science, Accounting and Finance, or Information Technology. Today, the company has around 50 employees, the majority of which are devoted full time to systems implementation work and support.
 
Epicor Authorized Partner
In March 1998, Scala Business Solution N.V. appointed Poly-Asia as its dealer and business partner in Hong Kong, Guangdong PRC and Taiwan. Poly-Asia maintains the existing Hong Kong Scala client base and explores new business opportunities by providing client support, local marketing representations, consulting, customization and programming services. In 2003, Poly-Asia was appointed as “Scala Accredited Partner” in the region to acknowledge its sufficiently trained resources, and a high level of delivery quality. In the same year, Epicor acquired Scala, and Scala was renamed Epicor Scala.Our active Scala Business Solutions client base in Hong Kong includes about 80 installations.
 
Sage Authorized Partner

Poly-Asia has been the Authorized Qualified Installer for ACCPAC Accounting Software since 1994. Together with our Certified ACCPAC Consultants, Poly-Asia has successfully completed hundreds of ACCPAC installations and implementations in Hong Kong and the Guangdong region. Our consultants are equipped with the business sense and knowledge and are experienced in large-scale implementations of accounting solutions. These are essential qualities for delivering professional ACCPAC solutions and consulting services.

Poly-Asia is the authorized Dealer for Timeslips and Peachtree software in Hong Kong. Peachtree software was first acquired by the Sage Group in 1994. Timeslips is a part of Best Software, a former partner of Poly-Asia, which was acquired by the Sage Group in 2000, and renamed Sage Software in 2005. In 2004, the company also acquired ACCPAC international. These were then renamed Peachtree by Sage, Timeslips by Sage, and Sage ACCPAC, respectively.

 
North-Asia Master Distributer of Pervasive Products
Poly-Asia is the North Asia Master Distributor of Pervasive products in countries including Hong Kong, China, Macau, Korea, the Philippines and Taiwan. We distribute Pervasive’s best selling Pervasive.SQL database engines and Business Integration Products.
 
Microsoft Gold Cetified Partner

In 2000, Poly-Asia e-Technology was appointed as the authorized Microsoft Certified Partner in Hong Kong. Since then, Poly-Asia Group has been awarded the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and has been authorized by Microsoft APOP and Microsoft GRC to sell and implement of Microsoft Dynamics AX (formerly Microsoft Axapta), Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Microsoft Great Plains), Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Microsoft Navision) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (formerly Microsoft CRM) in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. We have a proven track record of implementing successful business solution projects for the companies of different sizes and industries.

Being a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and together with our MCSE professionals, Poly-Asia is in a very privileged position to provide professional and comprehensive computer networking and installation services. At the same time, we have a close partnership with HP, NEC and Microsoft which enables us to provide a full range of business solutions to customers.
